SERVICE INFORMATION<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Hotel pick-up: The client will be waiting for a maximum of 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Airport pick-up: Our driver will be waiting for you up to 1 hour after your flight arrival.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">If the flight number provided is incorrect, the driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the arrival time selected in your reservation.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">For any queries or unforeseen circumstances, please contact the transport company&#8217;s customer service department at +34 603 421 767.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">2. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Modifications: You may modify your reservation at no cost, provided it is made more than 24 hours in advance and there is availability for the new date or time.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Cancellations:  <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to service, no cancellation fee will apply.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the service, a charge of 100% of the reservation amount will be applied.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">3. COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">Our company prioritizes fluid communication to ensure efficient management of pick-ups, whether at hotels, airports or other meeting points. The assigned driver will contact you directly to coordinate any details or solve any urgent problems. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">4. LUGGAGE POLICY FOR TRANSFER RESERVATIONS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span dir=\"auto\">When booking a transfer, it is essential to provide accurate information about the amount and size of the luggage. If, at the time of service, the volume of luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle and prevents the transfer from being carried out, the reservation will be considered completed without the right to a refund. In order to avoid inconveniences, we recommend that you verify the capacity of the vehicle in advance.
